Food arrived and what a disappointment (with onions). We were told it would be another 15 minutes or so.we waited. We ordered drinks and then rvers took our order (sans onions) and then we waited.after 25 minutes, we asked if there was a strike in kitchen. this time service was slowww, and indeed servers were busy chatting with their boss and each other until they looked up and asked what we wanted. This is not high-end dining but has been good in the past. We have been to Banco a few times in past and it was good - but something has happened! We always eat at the bar as it is fast, tasty and reasonable.
